At our bakery, we proudly make the baguette de tradition Française. According to French law, a traditional baguette must be made using only four pure ingredients: wheat flour, water, salt, and yeast. That means: no additives, no preservatives — ever.

 

Each baguette is handcrafted and baked fresh on-site, following time-honoured methods that bring out rich flavour, a golden, crackly crust, and a chewy, open-textured interior.
